Parking Details:
Parking for all events is now CASHLESS. Payments are credit or debit card only.
Parking for Vibrant Arena events is available in the west lot adjacent to the building for $20.
There is an Accessible Parking Ramp located directly across the street, with a skywalk connection to the main concourse of the venue. Ramp fee is $30.
The Vibrant website states “Advance parking passes for the parking ramp are available through the Vibrant Arena box office and Ticketmaster.com for select events.” Holy Ghost & Fire is NOT a select event. The ramp is cashless and first come, first served.
A downloadable parking map of downtown Moline indicates ample parking within a 10 minute walk of the Vibrant Arena.

A: Yes! Registration is free; however, each guest, including children of all ages, must register for the event individually.

A: There is a parking lot adjacent to the Vibrant Arena that costs $20/day and a ramp across the street with a connecting skywalk that costs $30/day. Both parking areas are cashless. Both can be paid for, with a credit card, when you arrive.

A: No. You will need to register for the event before arriving. Tickets are required for entry into the event.

A: Your free ticket will be emailed to you after you complete your registration. QR codes will be emailed after May 15.

You will present your QR code on your phone or bring a printed copy that you printed before you arrive to the event.
You can access your code in your phone’s email, or you can save your QR code in your phone's photos app for easy access. Here’s how to do that:
On a Phone or Tablet:
Open the Email that contains the QR code.
Tap and Hold the QR code image.
From the menu that appears, select:
“Save Image” (iPhone/iPad)
“Download image” or “Save to Photos” (Android)
The image will be saved to your Photos or Gallery app.

A: No. Come dressed in what makes you feel comfortable. Please keep in mind the event is in an arena and may be cold.

A: Bibles and carrying cases will be allowed in the arena. Diaper bags and medical bags are also allowed. Other bags, purses, and backpacks will not be allowed into the venue.

A: No. Childcare will not be provided.

A: Yes, there is a designated room for breastfeeding privacy, but there is not a refrigerator for storage if you are pumping.

A: Every individual registered for the event will have their own seat. Infants and toddlers can be on your lap, in a seat carrier or on a regular seat. We realize you will need the flexibility. But please be sure to include all children in your registration.

A: No. Unfortunately, there will not be wheelchairs or scooters available to rent. They are, however, allowed in the arena.

A: We have provided specific seating for guests requiring ADA/Wheelchair accessible seating. You can have a maximum of two guests sit with you.

A: There will be concessions available for purchase throughout the venue that will accept both cash and credit. There are also several restaurants in the downtown area.

A: Yes, trained service animals and service animals in training for guests with disabilities are allowed in the Vibrant Arena.
