MARCHING ORDER:
God says:

proclaim My Word over yourselves; (Col. 3:16)
keep speaking healing over your bodies; (Ex. 15:26; Isa. 53:5; Jer. 17:14; Matt. 8:7, 13) and
celebrate the defeat of your enemies. (Ps. 98:4, 118:24; Zeph. 3:17)
You shall decide and decree a thing, and it shall be established for you; and God’s favor shall shine upon your ways.
